- Papers reviewed by international researchers: 30th November 2009 to 11th January 2010
- Authors receive feedback on submissions and review panel decision: Thursday 28th January, 2010
- Final date for submission of accepted papers: Wednesday 17th February, 2010
Papers should be submitted online via Oxford Abstracts. You need to register first in order to submit a paper.

How to submit your proposal
Note: All papers will be reviewed anonymously so please do not include any author details - this included the actual file name.
Conference proposals must be submitted using the PaperTemplate and via the Online Submission System.
Please remember that if you are submitting a Symposium Proposal the Symposium Organiser must submit:
- A title and outline of the Symposium and it’s rationale, with name, contact email address and affiliation.
- Each of the full symposium papers (maximum 3-4)
Please submit the above as one Word document, using the Symposium Template.
Individual papers and posters should be submitted using the Paper Template.
